We carry out the PCR Covid test at our pharmacy and transfer the sample on the same day to the lab. The lab produces the results the next working day which are emailed to you directly alongside your fit to travel certificate or test to release certificate.
We will call you (on the number provided during check out ) once you confirm your purchase to book your appointment at the pharmacy.
Cut off time for testing in Pharmacy is 5 pm. The testing site is based in Ashford, Surrey.

How do I book my in Pharmacy Test?
You need to book and buy your test online and once you have paid online, We will call you straight away on the number provided during check out to book you in for a time slot for that day.
As demand is high, we highly recommend to confirm your place by buying the test online as we don’t accept walk-in appointments.

What happens if the result is Positive ?
You should self-isolate yourself and inform your healthcare provider about the result and follow the guidelines provided by NHS

When will I receive my results?
You will receive your results via e-mail within 24 hours from the day the laboratory receives your sample. We transfer the sample to the Lab on the same day. Hence you should receive your results and certificate the next day after having your test at the Pharmacy.
Are there any medical professionals involved in the process?
Our partner lab (Rightangled) has a team of physicians who will review your order and results, their nursing team is on standby throughout the testing process and if your test is positive you will receive a call to discuss your result and treatment options

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure security and confidentiality of your information, and only share your information where required to deliver our products and services or where we have a legal basis to do so. All samples are disposed of following analysis.
