How do I take the test once I receive the kit?

Please read the instructions carefully and follow the steps accordingly. You will be required to collect a sample from the back of your throat and inside your nostril with the same swab. You should then use the tracked, postage-paid envelope to send your sample to our laboratory for analysis.

What happens if the result is Positive ?

You should self-isolate yourself and inform your healthcare provider about the result and follow the guidelines provided by NHS

After you have been exposed to the virus how long does it take on average for symptoms to appear?

Symptoms usually develop between 2-14 days after being exposed to the virus but they can vary with the type of corona virus that causes the Covid-19 disease

Is this test accepted for the test to release scheme?

Yes We are approved by the UK Government for the test to release scheme You can shorten your self-isolation stay by having your PCR test on day 5 of arrival onwards

Can I get a fit to travel certificate with this test?

Yes Our Covid-19 PCR tests are compatible with the set  requirement of all countries requesting a negative PCR test upon entry

When will I receive my results?

We will send you your results via e-mail within 24 hours from the day the laboratory receives your sample

*We are not liable for any delays caused by the courier delivering your sample back to the lab*

When should I order my test?

You can order your test kit at any time in advance. If you order your kit before 3 pm Monday to Friday, we will send it to you by special delivery on the same day and you will receive your kit the following day. If you purchase your test kit over the weekend, please take into consideration that this will add 1-2 additional days onto your delivery time.

How is my privacy protected?

Keeping your personal data secure is important to us. We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure security and confidentiality of your information, and only share your information where required to deliver our products and services or where we have a legal basis to do so. All samples are disposed of following analysis.

How accurate is the testing process?

Your samples are processed in the same labs used by primary care providers, hospitals and government schemes.

Rightangled laboratories are CPA approved and ISO accredited which are the highest levels of accreditation.

Sample collection kits are manufactured within our ISO 13485 accredited facility, the highest level of accreditation for medical devices.
