Using this website
This website is for informational purposes. Nothing on it constitutes medical advice or replaces a consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. If you’re unsure whether a service or treatment is right for you, call us or speak to your GP.
You must be 18 or over to use our online booking and ordering services.
We do our best to keep information accurate and up to date, but we can’t guarantee it’s always complete or current. Service availability, pricing, and appointment slots can change without notice.
Booking appointments
When you book through this website, you’re requesting an appointment. It isn’t confirmed until you receive a confirmation from us.
Please arrive on time. If you need to cancel or reschedule, let us know as soon as possible, at least 24 hours before your appointment, if you can. Repeated missed appointments without notice may affect your ability to book future appointments.
Some services require a clinical assessment before treatment can proceed. We reserve the right to decline treatment if, in the clinical judgement of our pharmacist, it isn’t appropriate for you.
Prescription services
We dispense NHS and private prescriptions. You are responsible for ensuring the prescription you provide is valid, genuine, and issued to you. Dispensing a fraudulent prescription is a criminal offence.
For private prescriptions, full payment is required at the time of dispensing. NHS prescription charges apply where relevant.
Weight management (Wegovy and Mounjaro)
Our weight management service involves a clinical consultation with one of our pharmacists. Supply of medication is subject to eligibility criteria and is at the pharmacist’s discretion. Pricing is confirmed at consultation and is payable in full. There is no subscription; you’re not locked in, and you can stop at any time.
We do not supply weight management medication without a completed consultation.
Travel health services
Vaccine recommendations are based on your destination and individual health profile. It is your responsibility to provide accurate information during your consultation. We cannot be held responsible for recommendations made on the basis of information you provide that is incomplete or incorrect.
Some vaccines require multiple doses or lead time. Book early.
Delivery
We offer free prescription delivery across TW15, TW16, TW17 and TW18. Delivery is subject to availability and is not guaranteed same-day. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control.
Payments
Private service fees are due at the time of the appointment or order. We accept payment by card. Prices displayed on this website are subject to change.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Easy Care Services Limited’s liability for any claim arising from use of this website or our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
This does not affect your statutory rights or any liability we cannot lawfully exclude, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Privacy
How we collect and use your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy. By using this website and our services, you agree to that policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
