    What does it cost?You start with a £20 refundable deposit. It comes off the cost of your treatment, and is refunded in full if you are not approved. Your pharmacist confirms your treatment cost after the assessment, so you only pay for what is clinically suitable.
    Is there a subscription or lock-in?No. There is no subscription and no contract. You order when you need to and can stop at any time.
    How is my treatment delivered?Discreetly to your door in plain packaging, anywhere in the UK.
    Will I definitely be offered treatment?No. Treatment is only provided where it is clinically suitable. A pharmacist makes that decision and will explain it either way.
    Is my information kept private?Yes. Your information is handled confidentially and in line with UK data protection law.
    Do I need to visit in person?You can start online. The pharmacist will tell you if anything further is needed.
