About Us

  • We are a pharmacy that are offering personalised medicines and delivery straight to your door. We are contracted and regulated by the NHS like any other pharmacy.

    As our pharmacy is located on a “distance selling premises” we have to comply with NHS regulations.
    This means we provide:

    1. uninterrupted provision of NHS services during our opening hours to persons requesting NHS services anywhere in England.
    2. the safe and effective provision of NHS services without face to face contact between any person (or their representative) and the pharmacist on our premises or any member of staff either on or in the vicinity of the premises. Please look at our patient information leaflet or request a call back for any further informations
  • Our aim is to provide you with a hassle free pharmacy experience which saves our patients time by avoiding queues at your surgery and at the pharmacy. we aim to stock all your medications and our bespoke website will allow you to order and manage your prescriptions online.

    All we need is your consent and we can regularly order prescriptions from your surgery and text you when it is ready to dispatch. We would then deliver your NHS prescription to your home address for free.

    Our staff have years of experience and are passionate about bringing our expertise and knowledge to assist you with your healthcare needs.

Electronic Prescription Service

  • Your prescription will no longer need to be collected they will be sent to your pharmacy for free electronically. This means if you are on regular medication especially for long term conditions you can save time as you will not need to pick up your prescription between check ups.   • Your GP or pharmacist will be able to tell you if your surgery offers this service. it can be used for all prescriptions except private and vet prescriptions.

  • We will do our utmost to ensure you are ready for when they do switch to electronic prescriptions and meanwhile will pick up your paper prescriptions on your behalf from your GP.

  • Yes, you can sign up for your partner, children or other family members, as long as you live with them and you all want to use the same pharmacy. Just select the option to choose a pharmacy on behalf of someone else on the form.

Deliveries

  • For your prescription medication we would expect your medication to reach your doorstep within a week of you requesting it through us or your surgery.

    We would text you when it is ready.

    We would also expect your goods to be delivered to you within a similar timeframe of them being purchased in our store.

  • For NHS prescriptions deliveries are FREE during the opening hours of the premises, to persons anywhere in England . For all other goods and prescriptions there will be a small charge based on how whether you needed express delivery or normal delivery.

  • They can be delivered to alternative addresses such as at work or a neighbour, please let us know. They can also be left through your letterbox or in a keysafe. Please let us know when your register.

Returns

  • All pharmacy medicines are non-refundable due to health and safety unless they are faulty or damaged. Other goods/items can be returned but must be intact and unused unless they are faulty or damaged.

    Return refunds will take up to 28 days to clear. Call or message us to arrange a suitable pick up of your goods.

Care Homes

  • We do provide a tailor made bespoke service for care homes. We are happy to talk to carers and care home managers and owners about a fully comprehensive service that we provide, please contact us or call us on 01784613239

Dossette Boxes

  • They are disposable trays for arranging your medicines on a weekly or daily basis.

    This can help you see which pills to take, and when and reduces the risk of mistakes considerably.

  • Customers and their carers often ask for a dossette system when they are on a high number of medications. They can often help remind and reassure patients and their carers that they are taking their medication correctly and safely.

  • We will arrange and deliver everything for you for free.

Services

  • Some patients may be able to get their prescriptions for free. These include patients under 16, over 60, and those with certain medical conditions.   • The best way is to return them to your local pharmacy for free. Try to keep them in original packaging and notify the pharmacy if they contain any sharps of controlled medication. Do not flush or bin them as this can be hazardous. Please call us on 01784613239 to arrange an appointment to return medication or for us to supply packaging to return them.

  • We may be able to help you if you run out of your medication and cannot obtain a prescription from your GP. Call us on 01784613239 and speak to the pharmacist if this situation arises. Our pharmacist will assess the nature of the emergency and use professional judgement to advise you on what we can do to help.
