This liquid has three active ingredients that help to treat the conditions. These are:

Levomenthol is a decongestant that helps to reduce the swelling in the nose and sinuses that causes a blocked or stuffy nose. Aniseed oil has expectorant properties which help to move and loosen the mucus in the chest, nose and throat.
